“ As a native of this area, I am ashamed to say it's taken me quite some time to finally stop in and have a Bowlings hot dog. It is definitely a locals favorite and they, alo.g with the staff were great! I had fun talking with everyone almost as much as I enjoyed my food. Of course, I had to have a little bit of everything! Hot dogs, pi tos, corn bread, and cheese. Yes, a slice of cheese. I'll be back, and if you haven't been, I highly recommend that you go! ”

“ I saw this place on Facebook shorts and ask a friend that use to live in the area about it. He told me it was a local treasure so when I was in the area I stopped by. I sat at the counter and was greeted by a cute waitress who made me feel welcome. I ordered a hot dog with slaw, a bowl of brown beans, a slice of fresh sliced cheese, and a coke. Everything was great. When I left I got a corn muffin to go. The whole order came to less than $10. I am happy I stopped in at Bowlings Place both for the food and the opportunity to meet some friendly locals. ”
